1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MemeCreator (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

3. Community Guidelines & Content Policy

You agree not to post content that includes:

• Hate Speech: Any content that attacks, threatens, or dehumanizes individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected status.
• Doxxing: Revealing private or personal information about another individual without their consent.
• Extremist Propaganda: Content promoting terrorism, violent extremism, or radicalizing ideologies.
• Illegal Acts: Content that incites violence or promotes illegal activities.

4. Originality & Attribution

We respect original creators. We do not simply scrape or "steal" content from Reddit, 4chan, Twitter, or other platforms.

• User-Made Content: We primarily host content created by our users using our tools.
• Credit where due: If you upload content that you found elsewhere or that remix existing work, you are strongly encouraged to credit the original creator or source URL.
• Malicious Links: When crediting sources, use direct, full URLs. Shortened links (bit.ly, etc.) or links to malicious sites are strictly prohibited and will be blocked.

5. User Generated Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting Content to the Service, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, perform, display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service. You retain any and all of your rights to any Content you submit, post or display on or through the Service and you are responsible for protecting those rights.

6. Intellectual Property (DMCA)

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MemeCreator and its licensors.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. It is our policy to respond to any claim that Content posted on the Service infringes the copyright or other intellectual property infringement of any person. If you are a copyright owner, or authorized on behalf of one, and you believe that the copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement that is taking place through the Service, you must submit your notice in writing to dmca@memecreator.com.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MemeCreator, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
